Leading Challenges uses the MISOR Method, developed in conjunction with Management and Organizational Psychologists to help diagnose performance problems and to design effective performance improvement solutions. We invite you to experience it to help you answer some of your individual and organizational performance questions.
The five components of M-I-S-O-R define the conditions necessary to bring about change which is the key to achieving results. Those identifiable , measurable, developable components are: motivation, information, skill, opportunity, and reinforcement.
