Heather is one of the most widely recognized and highly rated presenters on assessing, developing and applying the lessons learned of emotional intelligence of C-Level leaders. Her recent speaking highlights include presenting at an international symposium sponsored by Multi-Heath Systems in London, England, presenting at an international Coffee Roaster Conference and being the only woman ranked in the top-10 speakers for Vistage International.

When not depicting the business case for developing an individual’s EI/EQ, Heather practices yoga, trains for trail running events, skis and spends time creatively teaching her children that they can make a positive difference in the world-one person-one day at a time.
